What to know before you book.
Clear terms for confirmed bookings, refundable deposits, weather changes and amendments.
By confirming a booking with Eco Elite Tours and Hire Ltd you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.
Bookings are non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed and paid, it is non-refundable. This applies to all excursions, tours, activities, helicopter requests, build-your-own itineraries, transfers and package bookings. We settle our boat operators, guides, pilots and partner suppliers in advance to hold your places, so those payments cannot be reversed once your booking is made.
Only deposits are refunded
The only refundable amounts are the security deposits held against rentals — for example the €200 car deposit, Rs 3,000 electric-scooter deposit and Rs 5,000 electric-bike deposit. These are returned at the end of the hire period once the vehicle is brought back in the same condition, with the same fuel/charge level and without damage or loss.
48 hours' notice is required
All experiences require at least 48 hours' advance booking so we can confirm availability, guides, transport and weather windows. Same-day or next-day requests cannot be guaranteed and may be declined.
Weather and operational changes
Some experiences depend on weather, sea conditions or helicopter operator availability. If we have to postpone for safety or operational reasons, we will offer the next available date or a credit towards another experience. This does not convert into a cash refund unless Eco Elite cancels the booking entirely and the booking was not a rental deposit.
Amendments
Date or guest-count changes may be possible up to 48 hours before departure if the supplier has availability, but they are not guaranteed and may incur an amendment fee. Contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as you need to change something.
No-show and late arrival
If you miss the confirmed departure time or do not show up, the booking is forfeited with no refund. Please arrive 20 minutes before departure; the meeting point and time are in your confirmation email.
These terms apply to every booking made through our website, by email, WhatsApp or phone. Eco Elite Tours and Hire Ltd reserves the right to update this policy; the version in force at the time of your payment applies to your booking.
