What you're actually booking
The deep water off the west coast is one of the few places on earth where sperm whales live year-round. We leave before dawn in a fast open boat, find the pods as the sun comes up and watch them breathe, breach and tail-slap at close but respectful range.
You choose your departure point when you book: Flic en Flac public beach or Tamarin public beach. Both meet the same pods — Flic en Flac simply saves the transfer if you are staying on that side.
When the whales are calm and conditions allow, you slip into the water with a professional guide and snorkel. Dolphins are often met along the way, with an optional swim. A light breakfast, fresh fruit, sandwiches, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea are served on board. GoPro footage of your swim is a paid optional extra — tick it when you book and we confirm the cost before your trip.

Pickups and drop-offs within Flic-en-Flac are included in the cost. Pickups anywhere else on the island can be arranged for a small additional fee — just tell us where you're staying when you book and we'll quote it.
Prices shown are a starting point, based on a standard pickup in Flic-en-Flac. Entrance tickets, lunches, drinks and optional activities are pay-as-you-go on the day unless listed as included, and pickups outside Flic-en-Flac carry a small extra fee. Any additional costs are confirmed with you before you travel.
